Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide with the exception of any current International bans. When shipping to P.O. Boxes please be sure to include you're phone number and email so that USPS may contact you for delivery.

What does it cost to ship my order?

For domestic U.S. orders, select items over $250 will have free shipping and will be sent via USPS Standard (tracking included) For all other orders (under $250 and international orders), shipping fees will vary depending on the method chosen during check out and geographical location. International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and custom fees. Please note that these fees are not included in your purchase order and may be subject to payment upon recieving order.

What is your general order processing time?

Orders placed between Monday and Friday are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 5 p.m. on Fridays, over the weekends, and/or during holidays are processed the following Monday or business day.

All prices listed in the web store and shipping/handling charges are in U.S. Dollars.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Square (in person purchases). As part of our ongoing efforts to combat credit card fraud, we may require additional identification verification for large orders, international orders and/or when your shipping and billing addresses do not match.
